Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up real-time inventory sync with TCG Local:
Log into your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Settings → Notifications
Scroll down to the "Webhooks" section at the bottom of the Notifications page
Click "Create webhook" and configure:
- Event: Product update
- Format: JSON
- URL:
https://tcglocal.me/shopify
- Webhook version: 2025-04 Latest
Save the webhook and make a small change to any product (like updating the description). You should see your inventory update on TCG Local within a few seconds!
⚠️ Important Notes
- Product Format: We work best with stores that follow standard TCG product naming conventions
- Processing Time: Initial setup may take 24-48 hours to fully sync all products. You can add a tag to all products to trigger an update to speed things up.
- Webhook Signing: For enhanced security, you can optionally provide your webhook signing key below
